As a Certified Leadership Coach and Feminine Embodiment Guide, she helps high-achieving women break free from hustle culture and build freedom-based businesses that feel spacious, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling. Currently completing her certification in Neurosomatic Intelligence, Dalia’s work focuses on healing stress response patterns and nervous system dysregulation at the root level. She integrates somatic and nervous system practices with intuitive leadership and transformational productivity strategies to help women create businesses that feel as good as they look. Dalia brings a unique blend of depth, clarity, and compassion to every space she leads, creating environments where women feel safe to grow, lead, and thrive. Her studies have led her to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and Certified Leadership Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Feminine Embodiment Guide with Raindrop Movement. She is also trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching through CRR Global.

Dr. Sara Al Sayed is a Counseling Psychologist who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia University in Canada. She completed her PhD in the United Kingdom at the University of Wolverhampton. She is also a chartered psychologist of the British Psychological Society. Her doctorate research focused on stigmas around mental health in Kuwait as well as the impact of educational interventions to decrease stigma and discrimination among youth.

Dalal Al Muhalhel

I am a Psychologist Specialist at Garnata College for learners with additional needs, where I support the psychological wellbeing of students and provide training for educators and families. I hold a BPS-accredited MSc in Psychological Studies from the University of Aberdeen and have extensive experience working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals across educational, vocational and clinical settings. My work also focuses on child development and supporting children and parents through understanding behavior, emotional regulation, and learning differences. I strive to create inclusive, trauma-informed environments that foster self-understanding, and resilience for both children and adults.

Dr. Zeyad is an anesthesiologist with a Swiss Board and over 15 years of medical experience and a Fellowship in Chronic Pain Medicine from Johns Hopkins University. In Breathology Center, he integrates science and practice to show how breathing is the most powerful medicine you’ve never been prescribed. Through his clinical background and certifications in advanced breathwork, he teaches people to use breathing as a tool to regulate stress, sharpen focus, and restore balance. His mission is to help people reclaim the healing power of their own breath.
