How do I register?

Are there different ticket tiers?
Yes, we offer several ticket options to suit different needs:
  • Free General Entry: Provides access to the exhibit space only.
  • Youth Ticket: Designed for younger attendees with specific benefits.
  • Basic Ticket: Includes limited access to scheduled activities.
  • VIP Ticket: Offers unlimited access to all scheduled activities and additional perks.
What do I have access to?
  • General Admission (Free): Includes registration and access to the Exhibition Venue for the three days.
  • VIP Ticket Holders: Includes access to the Exhibition Venue, any registered activities, and the designated VIP Lounge with complimentary food and beverages throughout the event.
  • Basic Ticket Holders: Includes access to the Exhibition Venue and limited access to registered activities during the event.
Can I share my ticket with family or friends?
Tickets are non-transferable. We want every attendee to enjoy the full experience of this 3-day wellness event. To ensure fairness and a personalized experience, each ticket is assigned to an individual.
What happens if I don’t attend any of my registered activities?
  • Arrive 15-20 minutes before the start of your registered activity to secure your spot.
  • If you miss a registered activity, your seat may be allocated to another visitor on the waiting list.
Can I reschedule an activity I registered for?
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity and the commitment of our facilitators, speakers, and instructors to specific time slots, we are unable to reschedule activities.
Can I bring food or drink to the expo floor?
No need! We’ve partnered with an exclusive selection of food and beverage businesses to provide healthy and delicious offerings on-site, ensuring you have a variety of options to enjoy.
Is there a certain attire requirement for the activities?
For certain workshops, we suggest you wear comfortable active wear. Please ensure your attire aligns with local customs and cultural norms.
What are the age ranges that can attend?
The summit welcomes attendees aged 7 years and older, making it a family-friendly event.
Will my registration info be used for any third parties?
No, your information will remain private and secure. It may only be used by us to send newsletters or notifications about future events and promotions.
How do I register for a workshop or speaking engagement?
Once you purchase a ticket on The Arena website, you will receive a link via email allowing you access to view and register for a workshop and/ or speaking engagement.
