Refund Policy:

Cancellations:
• If the event or specific activities are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or compensations, if any, will be communicated.
Registration & Activities
Arrival:
• Participants must arrive 15–20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their registered activity. This allows for smooth check-in and preparation.
Tardiness:
• Late arrivals will not be permitted entry more than 5 minutes after the activity begins to avoid disruptions to ongoing sessions. No refunds or adjustments will be provided for missed activities due to tardiness.
Attire Requirements
Workshops:
• Participants are advised to wear comfortable, activity-appropriate attire, ensuring ease of movement during workshop sessions.
Damages
To Property:
Individuals will be held liable for any damages caused to the venue, including but not limited to the museum premises, decor elements, or any property owned or rented for the event.
NAWI Rights
Media Usage:
The organizers reserve the right to capture and use photos, videos, and social media posts from the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, visitors consent to the use of their likeness in such materials.
Disclaimer
The organizers are not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during the event unless caused by gross negligence on their part. Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk and are advised to follow safety guidelines provided by the event staff.
