1. General Information

1.1 Exhibition Dates & Location: Nawi – The Wellness Summit is held at The Arena Kuwait from Thursday January 9, 2025, to Saturday January 11, 2025. The exhibition’s opening hours are 10 am – 10 pm.

1.2 General Admission: The exhibition component of the Wellness Summit is free for all visitors upon registration on the website www.yallanawi.com and/or www.thearenakuwait.com.

1.3 Tickets: Tickets for entry to Nawi – The Wellness Summit are available for purchase via www.yallanawi.com and/or www.thearenakuwait.com. Tickets will grant you access to the 3 days, access to the museum as well as any of the registered discussion panels and workshops.

• Youth Pass (12 years old and younger) - 5 KD: Access to the Exhibition Hall, Museum, and 1 Kid’s Workshop.
• Basic – 15 KD: Access to the Exhibition Hall, Museum, and Nawi Voices (Discussion Panels).
• VIP – 25 KD: Access to the Exhibition Hall, Museum, Nawi Voices (Discussion Panels & Workshops), Access to the VIP Lounge, Goodie Bag for the first 300 ticket holders, chance to enter and win Nawi Draw.

*Please note that Kid’s Workshops are strictly assigned for Youth Pass Ticket Holders. Basic and VIP Ticket Holders are not eligible to attend the Kid’s Workshops nor can they “transfer” ticket rights/pass to children.

2. Ticket Purchase and Payment

2.1 Payment Methods: Tickets can be purchased online through www.yallanawi.com and www.thearenakuwait.com; or through Ticket Box Offices located at 360 Mall. All transactions are processed in Kuwaiti Dinars.

2.2 Refunds & Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers. Please ensure you have selected the correct ticket type before purchase.

3. Admission & Access

3.1 Entry Requirements: Ticket holders must present their valid ticket (physical or digital) at the entrance.

3.2 Age Restrictions: Nawi – The Wellness Summit is suitable for 7-year-olds and older, and children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 5 years and under may be eligible for free entry.

3.3 Late Arrival: Late arrivals will not be permitted entry more than 5 minutes after the activity begins to avoid disruptions. No refunds will be provided for missed activities due to tardiness.

4. Event Rules & Conduct

4.1 Respectful Behavior: All visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards others and the exhibits. Disruptive behavior may result in ejection without a refund.

4.2 Photography & Recording: Photography for personal use is permitted unless otherwise stated. Professional photography or filming requires prior consent.

4.3 Personal Belongings: Visitors are responsible for their belongings. The organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
